replacing warning light bulbs

I have found a ton of information about removing the instrument cluster.(Using this sights excellent search) But is that completely neccessary just to replace the glow-plug, brake, and seatbelt warning lights?

These lights aren't burnt out but I think the trancelucent plastic that sits in front of them has moved a little out of place. For example, the glow-plug indicator plastic has moved far enough to the right that I can almost see the bulb behind it. Is this one whole strip of plastic? Or is each little graphic seperate?

I'd also like to clean it out because it looks as if some liquid has gotten in there and corroded.

Jim
