Auxiliary Fans Not Shutting Off- 92 300E 2.6

Been going on for a while now. Have a problem with the Auxiliary fan. It doesn't seem to want to shut off when its above 68-70. Its running at medium. Sometimes when the AC is running its running at low but most of the time its at medium which is really loud all the time.
1.Changed top back engine temp sensor
2.flushed fled.
3.New Mono Valve.
4. Checked fuses and relays.
5. New radiator cap.

I unplugged connector to the mono valve a bunch of times and it shuts it off. After a very long time it comes back on.

Any suggestions/Ideas would be appreciated.

Check the other coolant temp sensor. Maybe someone wired in a relay to have it turn on sooner.
