Diagnostic Module socket 19 gives 17 blinks which is "data exchange fault between individual control module"
Put another way (from another website) possibly updated or newer ETM


"Data exchange (CAN) fault between engine control module, ignition control module or electronic accelerator/cruise control module. Bank 1"

The car is a 1993 400e (apparantly CA version) w/o ASR

Viewing the schematics I only see the CAN going between N59 (Diagnostic Module) S (Shield) L and H.
