pedal to the floor due to SBC pump?

The way its built is that the system goes full mechanical (zero assist) when the SBC unit goes out.

btw - SBC had quite a long warranty if Im correct.

brake pedal pulsing hop or car behaving odd with brakes applied usually means one of the brake discs is bad, a good mechanic can isolate that with a dial indicator and sometimes correct it with shims too.

Ten years from original date of delivery and unlimited mileage.....
