I get shipped wrong parts about 10-15% of the time regardless of where I buy them. One time I went to a store to buy an alternator and they handed it to me and I opened it and a dirty old core was inside. Then I went to the next store, they hand it to me, I open it, and the pulley is cracked... And those were the only 2 stores in town that had one! Always check your parts as much as possible before you start and during replacement. These things happen but the good suppliers will make it right.
