low oil on 300D

About 1,000 miles ago I had a cylinder head
gasket blow. The dealer rebuilt the whole
top end of the motor. Yesterday I noticed
that the oil guage dipped to 30 psi then
ticked below that level. This was going up a hill. I found out that there was no oil the motor. The dipstick was dry. Took it to the dealer this morning to check it out.
Do I need to worry?, there was always oil pressure at 45 psi when above idle.
