OK, who's got the latest info on a source for the small lift support for the armrest lid as used on the 1993 and later w124's?

How about a source for the two plastic straps for the lid?

The shocks are not available from MB, but a forum member on 500E board commissioned a production run of aftermarket shocks that will work. They not cheap, around $50 I think? Search the that forum and you will find the info.
