2002 CLK430, Interior lights flickering

Hi,

I am getting some interior light flickering in my CLK. It's been doing it for a while but I haven't been able to remedy it. It has a newer Interstate battery, and to try and fix the issue I also installed a new Bosch alternator a while back. It's getting good voltage (14 to 14.3) across the entire RPM spectrum, regardless of what kind of accessories I have running.

The odd thing is I get the identical flickering whether it's idling on town or cruising down the highway. It's in the speedo cluster and climate control area primarily where I notice it.

I'm beginning to wonder if it's a ground issue? Does anyone know where the ground strap(s) are on this car?

Thanks
