2001 c320 battery light came on. replaced alternator , front SAM and had dealer program it, alternator still not charging the battery. battery is new also

Dave do you have a X410 fuse in the footwell .You will find a box under the carpet by the drivers feet...It as a fuse inside for the alternator charging system. If it is blown it wont charge the battery up.
