03 CLK430 Cabrio W208: BAS and ABS warning

OK, I replaced my Pedal Position Sensor (per OBD II Throttle Position Sensor- High voltage) with a good used one, re-set the pedal settings, and the Error Code went away. It's just forward of the Master Brake Cylinder and couldn't be easier to get to.

It might just be a coincidence, but now I get a warning that my ABS and BAS systems need to be looked at. There are still no Error Codes in the OBD II reader.

Please chime in with why this happened and how to fix it?

Thanks,

AL

Picture and Update

Here's a pic of where the Throttle Position Sensor is on a my car ( just in front of the Master Brake Cylinder-great design!).

I re-set the brake system using the "turning the wheel lock to lock method".
So far no more warning lights.
