1999 W210 A/C issue

E320 A/C problem

Symptoms=
Compressor was replaced 2 years ago.
The compressor clutch cycles about 15 seconds engaged then 5-10 seconds disengaged then repeats.
Some days the blower does not come on at all but the dash reads it is blowing HI.
The charge seems to be correct per a recharge kit gauge.

I have run through the sensor and error codes.

Anything stand out from these readings that would support the symptoms?

I rebuild engines and trannys but know very little about A/C systems.
