Are ALL Delphi Engine Wiring Harnesses OK?

I can't read the dates on my engine wiring harness but I can read that it says DELPHI. Does that make it an updated harness?

Ive been told that Yes, it does mean its okay..You still have the ETA, electronic throttle with potential issues from bad wiring and the starter wiring harness..Just three wires but equally rotten insulation. Im just replacing mine now..Dealer for $125.. connects at the heater control junction on the drivers side firewall and drops to starter and over to alternator..

Im still trtying to get my fuel pumps to come back to life..no luck yet with any leads..the wiring is untraceable..
