Oil leaking from empty screw holes behind crank pulley?

Anyone know what's supposed to attach to the 3 holes in the photo? I'm guessing for the tach sensor some cars had? I just got this car and was looking for the oil leak and appears to be coming from these while running. Or maybe they are just leaking oil from being filled from the oil leak above? Lol.

Btw it's an 81 300d.

I just noticed some pictures of other engines and there's supposed to be two bolts there. Hmm. Anyone know why someone would have removed these?

Sorry one more thing. If someone could let me know the length and threads that would be awesome. That way I could pick up the bolts after work. I need to drive it this Friday
