300TE Transmission slipping

Suddently my transmission is slipping between the 2 to 3 gear. Checked the oil level and it appears fine, but I was getting a slow drip for a few weeks before, so I watching the oil level.

Could I be looking at one of the k valve spring or a total rebuild?

Enjoy the car, but a total rebuild could be price prohibitive.
