Late w124 brake parts chassis # question
is C130037 later than B864307/8 ?
C after B and all that. I've read that B and C are different manufacturing plants but not how that applies to picking parts by chassis number. ![]() ![]()

Check out GERMANSTAR .. two lots of brakes were fitted , and were made by two companys .. pm me if you find it and it helps .Look in the centre for catalogue parts high lighted then pick your model

Yes, it is. The C130037 has 294x25 mm brake discs.

That is precisely what I was thinking, and was planing to pull a wheel and double check. One of the other forums suggested that the letter was irrelevant but that did not seem very German.
