W124 E320 passenger seat crooked

My Very Significant Other just noticed the passenger seat on the new to us 94 has a pronounced lean toward the passenger side. Oddly it seems to move with no complaint under all power functions, until the seat back side contacts the B pillar. I'll pull it out and see what I see, ring any bells for anyone? I'd expect it to be not-working some direction but it's fine. Front track, what I can see of it, looks normal, rear is obviously at different height levels.

Sadly I have some experience with leaning seats... The fun begins on post 42 in this thread.

Ditto. It looks innocent enough at first, but then you start digging. It is a horrible water trap that never dries out.

I got lucky, seat cable sheath stretched, bad shaft engagement had the gears off. Pulled end, cut sheath, crimped back on and all is well. Speaking of which though, that rear seat mount bolt on the drivers side is wet and a little spot in the pass front floor under the carpet. I'm gonna check the AC drains before I start being really annoyed as I did have the AC on the other day. Then the sunroof drains. Then... Ugh.
