Anyone know how to replace this coolant hose ??

I paid 50$ for this peice .... but accessing the lower hose to replace looks impossible without removing the brake booster and other stuff...the plastic on my old one snapped off from age I guess ... the hose splitter peice is right next to the brake booster.. the upper part is easy but lower clamp for bottem hose is hard to get 2... anyone replace this ever?
