m103 no start after changing potentiometer

Initially I changed the potentiometer after car developed a problem with failure to idle. Fixed for a couple months, then failure to idle happened again(same symptoms). Changed the potentiometer again and now car will not start. Any ideas.?

Did you set it to the correct spec with a voltmeter?

Figured it out. It was the OVP. Yes, set the potentiometer to spec. Car runs good.
