06 E350 sedan rear wheel bearings

06 E350 sedan rear wheel bearings

I have a quick question: the left rear wheel bearings and carrier are making noise and need to be replaced. Is this a simple job, or are special pullers/pushers required? It looks like a simple job from the outside - is it?
