S 500 no start

Hi all,
1995 s500 W140 110,000 miles
Died after 10 minute run, had it towed home, started the following day died and never came back. About 6 weeks ago.
I have 50 psi at the rail and no spark.
SDS says EZL not communicating.
Replaced crank and cam sensor.
Got a used EZL from ebay but not sure if that works either....They say it does?
Is there any way to check the EZL"s or send them to someone.
Fuses are all good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Mark

There's a '00 S500 getting parted out by some guy near me, I wonder if the EZL would work in your '95?

I wouldn't think anyone would want to play with the plethora of 90's electronics sitting in gel anymore. There is enough cable to set a "borrowed" one on top of the old to see if she cranks. Now before you go crazy consider a couple things. The new CPS you installed did the top wire plug fit on snug? Those cheap Ebay CPS's are just that. Also have you removed and examined the vacuum line to the EZL?
