Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance - Eligibility and Coverage

Thank you sir!! That info will save me a couple hundred dollars. This is the first time I’ve taken my mercedes to the dealership and this is my second mercedes. I know former mercedes owners and most get another mercedes for the sole reason of getting butt raped everytime they dropped their car off at the dealership. I know this is standard for dealerships but was curious about others opinions or experiences going through the dealership for repairs. Would I be better off taking it to an import mechanic shop? I’m not destitute but saving a few hundred dollars is always ideal as long as you get the same results.

This is incorrect information, the spend money system for roadside has ceased. The link I posted has the current info
