Need help emergency

For whos Mercedes engineers and maintenance experts
hello every one
I have Mercedes model w124 1994 the problem when I change the drive shift or when i move the hand from P to D or R or 2 or 3 it's moving normally , but the car won't to move parked in place does not move, even although I changed the oil of transmission before two months ago and also filter also there is no leak of oil
what is the problem ? did any one can help

Slide under the car and visually check the shifter bushings. Hopefully, it's just a bad bushing.

Ditto on this. They are little inexpensive parts, but you'll call them some nasty names while they fight you. A special tool is available which makes the job go quickly.

The problem was solved and the reason was comes form the map of gearbox location under the car when i opened that box i found little piece made from plastic looks like pythagoras triangle was broken and fell over the map and cut the oil roads from running
I change it then problem has been solved
