Question SL 450 missing when cold

I have a 1973 SL 450 with 180,000 miles on her. Just bought it. It has a serious miss on acceleration when cold. When the car gets above around 175-180 degrees the problem seems to go away. Car idles fine when cold. The people I bought it from, said it has been doing this for some time. I assume this ment more than 1 tank of gas. I have put injector cleaner in the fuel but have not run the tank out yet.

Any Idea's?????

450sl missing when cold

Have you checked all the fuel injectors and wires.? And don't forget vaccum hoses. Then theres the possibility of a vale cover gasket leak. Suggestions only from personal drama with my 1973
450sl. good luck.
