Need help helping my mechanic with wis program

I was at my mechanic today and he asked me to look at his tablet that he uses for diagnostics and parts catalog and such. First thing is he could not get into the epc, I was able to change the link to the correct page, but his login is not working for some reason and he said there is no one he can call?
Second thing is the wis application Java is blocking his ewa file and I can not add it to the exception list. I tried to add the path to the file and it didn't work. I tried updating java that worked but still will not load the file. Anyone know what he needs to do?

you need to customize the security level and allow unsigned applications to run. I could be more of a help if you can upload some screenshots as well as the java and ewa net versions.

It's on the newest Java. I tried to change the security level and the options were only high and very high.

Here is the setup on mine, nothing in the exception list.
I could help via teamviewer if you want, There might be something under the advance tab that needs attention...
