AIR at operating temp to reduce idle HCs?
My 91 300SE shows high HCs at idle. Would running the AIR system at operating temp reduce these HCs?
Thanks, Sixto 91 300SE 87 300SDL |

Sixto:
While it may not provide a YES or NO answer to your question, check out what Steve Brotherton had to say in the following post: http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?threadid=9126&highlight=HCs |

Thanks Mike.
To close the thread, running the AIR system when the O2 sensor is already at operating temp and active would cause the O2 sensor to send an inacurate (lean) A/F ratio signal to the ECU. Sixto 91 300SE 87 300SDL |
