m119 cam reinstallation

I am trying to round the corner on my guide replacement and get my cams installed and in the correct place so that I can put the engine back together. Right now I have the cams all bolted down, (not torqued yet) I still need to tighten the sprocket on the pass exhaust cam and turn the engine. I did loosen the bolts on the guide tensioner to pull the chain around that last sprocket. now do I have to take it out and reseal it or can I just tighten it back up? After that I just turn the engine a few times and check the pins at the cams and if its ok then I can begin reassembly?
