77 450SL, doesn\'t like to start when warm...

I have just purchased a 77 450SL. This is my first Mercedes. Have experiance repairing my own Jag and BMW.

The 450SL starts cold easily and runs like a dream (even warm). It does not start well (sometimes not at all) when warm. Where should I be looking for the problem?

Note: Mileage = 90,000 miles.
