ok so the other day i checked the o2 sensor and it was stuck at .48v cold and hot. So I ordered a new one and replaced it just now. It is still stuck at .48v must be something else causing the problem?

also just checked duty cycle its stuck at 50% with the car running and not running

sorry had to edit that. I had the meter on hz instead of duty
