Reinforcement part 124-610-23-25 is bolted on what part name and its number?

On my 1994 Mercedes E320 w124 wagon, Part #124-610-23-25, in 61/15 (Substructure, Front Floor) of EPC. Other names meaning the same thing or part also refers to Reinforcement. I am missing a piece or part that goes on the Reinforcement bolted on all fours holes. See the pictures. Anyone out there knows what I am talking about? This reinforcement hooks up with the bottom hook of the exhaust near the 02 sensor. Is that piece or part of the chassis welded on and cannot be replace?

As I recall, it bolted on as a driveshaft saftey loop and front exhaust hanger on the wagon

bigpanda16, thank you for your last post. Perhaps I am not making myself clear on this issue. The reinforcement Part #124-610-23-25, in Substructure, Front Floor (see the pictures on my first post) with the hook that uses rubber mount that goes on the hook (catayltic converter) has 4 holes that need to be bolted on. I do not see any metal plate with the holes that should be bolted on the reinforcement except the one near firewall on the passenger side that is supposed to bolt on. Am I missing some kind of metal plate or is it on the metal chassis somewhere? I do not see any holes or opening that will connect or correspond to the reinforcement 4 holes. Any comments, feedback or advice is greatly appreciated.
