1995 E320 front caliper rebuild

I want to rebuild the front calipers on my E320. I have the seal kit and the calipers on now on the bench. How do I get all 4 pistons out? I used compressed air, which popped out one piston. How do I remove the other 3? Prying doesn't do it.
