Question Steering wheel (horn) replacement

does anyone know where to find a some tutorials on replacing the horn switch inside the steering wheel? I have a stuck horn and I need to have a proper working horn to pass an inspection,
And what to fix properly, if there's any tutorials outt there or something.
(GOTIT)

I appreciate any help

Problem is more likely the clockspring or a pinched wire causing a short. Horn switch inside the steering wheel is two large metal plates that contact when you press the airbag. Highly unlikely for it to fail, but I suppose all things are possible. Not long ago when swapping a steering wheel I connected one of the spade connectors to the wrong tab and the switch made constant contact once the airbag was tightened down.

The clockspring is a spooled up cable in a cassette behind your steering wheel for the horn and airbag contacts.
