Question 1995 E320 Cabriolet Seat Belt Problem

My car has a feature that extends each seat belt from the rear for both the driver and passenger. It presents the belt so the person doesn't have to reach too far back to get the belt. I have an odd problem that, while driving, the passenger side belt arm randomly extends while driving. The only way to make it stop is to buckle the belt. What could be causing this?

Seat Belt Presenter

There's a TSB that caught my eye. It's No. DDAF91_45-U-000 MAY 97, titled "Seat Belt Extender Intermittent Operation". Does anyone have quick access to this tsb and what the scope of the repair is? This may have the answer to my problem.
