190 2.3 8v

I recently bought a 1986 Mercedes 190e 2.3 8v 5 speed manual. I think it is in need of engine swap because the existing engine is pretty sluggish and seems to run on 3 cylinders only. Engine compression test showed 150 psi on first 3 cylinders and 120 psi on cylinder #4.
My question is: will an engine from 1987 190e 2.3 8v be a straight swap? That engine is from a car with automatic transmission and it has only about 75K miles on it.
Thank you

Remove the valve cover and inspect the camshaft and rocker arms before you do anything else.
