This thread (found by searching the archives) should get you started:
http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?threadid=19628&highlight=instrument+cluster+removal Several ways of removing the cluster as you can see. It helps to have your steering wheel moved as far out from the dash as possible. Also, don't kink or stretch that speedo cable. A little bit of slack can be obtained by loosening the guide behind the driver side carpet where the cable goes up behind the dash - by the brake pedal. If the cluster has never been removed, it is probably going to be stiff and resist removal, so you might try the push-from-behind method. If you have the tools, the pull-from-the-front method will work. Might as well replace all the bulbs once you are in there, as they are cheap, and 'time is money'.
