Neither the COMAND 2.0 (E class, CLK class or 203 chassis C class) or COMAND 2.5 (S class, CL class) have RBDS (Radio Broadcast Data System) functionality.
Some of the very early literature on this system did indicate that RBDS was a feature of COMAND. MB says the possiblity exists for design update to RBDS, but is not currently planned. Gilly
