(I'LL Venmo $100 to the right answer!) M120, right side of engine doesn't always run

Hello all, and thanks in advance for any insight! And you read that right, it would cost me $600 for a diag at a shop, and I'd prefer to just fix myself, so I'm offering $100 to the guy that nails the diag! Everbody's times valuable and i'll greatly appreciate whoever can lead me to the right answer. It's also been stuck in my garage for about 2 months and I have to get it going.

I've been daily driving my 1997 SL600 for about 7 years and 50,000 trouble free miles but I've run into an inconsistent issue on the right (starboard I guess!) Bank of the engine.

I used to have DAS but my Star system failed, and the generic old 2 doesn't pick it up

It started out after driving for an hour the right side would stop running, you could restart it and then it would run again. As time went on it got worse until it would essentially stop running on that side after 5 minutes. My first thought was the crank sensor, I had to drop the exhaust system and I replaced both crank sensors, didn't work. I then replaced both map sensors and cam sensors, still the same issue.

I included a link to a video, you'll be able to see it crank fine, not start, and only run on left side. Check spark and it's sparking both sides. When under the car it doesn't seem to have any smell coming out of right header (no fuel)

I feel like something must of heated up and failed but I can't think of anything electronic left other than the ecm. Also note in the video the tach doesn't always start working immediately.

Thanks again!
Jim
