The only thing I would add, is go to the dual aux. A/C fans like the stock W124's did when they went to R134a. This will give you max. R134a cooling.

Otherwise, be sure to wire the singel aux. A/C fan of the R12 W124's to come on whenever the A/C compressor is turned on.
