300E AC Electrical Fuse Blown

I wanted to know what could be causing the problem.
I just had a potential buyer come to see my car,
he placed his hand into the AC area as pictured
after this the AC 16 AMP REDfuse started to blow......

Is it possible that he altered the order of cables
somewhere? All connections are intact no broken cables.
when I turn the AC on it blows the fuse.
I appreciate any help on this wierd issue.
