500e Self-Levelling Suspension Concern

I am the VERY recent owner of a 92 500e. I have spent numerous hours on the internet researching this car and am hooked. My concern is the self levelling suspension. The reports I read say that there should be concern with the suspension if there is excess wear on the insides of the rear tires. Is this correct? The wear is not excessive but there is wear. If this is the case what would be the most likely culprit to cause this? This car only has 35k miles on it what else with the suspension should I look at as well?

Thanks for any ideas as this appears the only potential flaw with the car.

You might want to repost this question in the Hot Rods section, as all the 500E owners/experts/fanatics hang out there. Uneven tire wear is typically a camber issue, but your SLS should be ok at 35k miles. Anyway, I'm sure someone can help you out in the other forum. Good luck!

Uneven wear may be caused by worn bushes in the suspension links. The good news is that, providing the ride height is about right, it has nothing to do with the self levelling stuff.

Thanks for the ideas. I bring the car back tomorrow for the dealer "owed" services and will have them check this out. The ride height is correct from what I can tell but I will let the "experts" tell me their ideas.
