ABS, BAS/ESP Lights On

Help, I just took my ML 320 1999 for the second time to the dealer because of the ABS, BAS/ESP lights being on all three at the same time.

The three lights all at once will go on intermittently usually accompanied by a humming, vibrating noise.

The dealer today installed a new control unit and a new air mass sensor, but the three lights still came on while driving home.

This dealership seems to know what they are doing, but I don't understand what the problem seems to be. Any suggestions?
