[190E] Front Wheel Bearings?

Just a quick question from someone who has always owned front-wheel drive cars. What's the best way to check for play on front wheel bearings on a 190E? I get a vibration and quiet hum noise on hard right turns, and am suspecting my front wheel bearings.

And, the more important question: How hard are they to replace?
