Hello all,

My car (1988 300E W124) is lowered with Eibach Pro Kit springs (with Bilstein Sport shocks - the yellow ones). However, I think my rear camber angle is too negative (according to my mechanic, it's a -1 degree right now) and my tires are worn very quickly.

My question is: Is there any thing that I can do to set the camber angle to a less negative angle (preferably back to almost original specs). I've heard that Eibach has a camber kit (which costs a lot of $$$) that can adjust the rear camber, any alternatives to it? I've read from BMW magazine that there is something called "Magic Camber", which basically consists of two bolts which can "cure" negative camber due to a lowered suspension.

Thanks in advance.

Don't know who your mechanic is but almost Benzes run 0.3-1.0 negative camber both front & rear. Most tire wear is caused by toe-in(out) problems & improper inflation.
