Yes, thats the retail price. I dont think that supplier offers any discount because the prices are already very keen. General maintinance parts like those are very cheap. My rear brembo discs were only the equiv. of under $15 each, and textar pads were about the same for the set. One of the reasons why I bought the 500 w126 was the cheap running costs. Even my new front fender was only the equiv. of around $65.
The problem is that most people over here assume running one of these cars takes big coin, so most are run into the ground. A 126 is a rare beast where I live.
