Operating temp?

What is the correct operating temp for a 1985 190e 2.3 8V? The outside air temp is about 60 degrees and my temp guage is reading about 1/16 of an inch above the unlabeled line between 80 and 120. I am interpreting this as about 105. My fans seem to be working fine. I used to be spewing fluid through the overflow tube, but a new cap fixed that issue. Fluids are up to proper level and there is a new waterpump and thermostat. Should I be concerned? Is this the normal temp range?
