want to thank the two gentlemen who responded to the following on the diesel forum. repost here because i can't find the leak. here goes: transmission fluid leaks when engine is not running

83 300d turbo. when parked transmission fluid seeps out somewhere. while running, no leaks. had the thing idling for better than half an hour yesterday. no leaks. shut if off. returned an hour later and i had a nice puddel. any suggestions? thank you.
