Blinkers and horn not working. Why?

I've got an '86 190 on which the blinkers and horn have simultaniously stopped working. The emergency blinkers however are fully functional, so I know it's not a bulb or something wrong with the emergency blinkers switch and probably not the relay either. What can it be? Is this something that a novice like myself can diagnose and repair?
