When I source thru the catalog for the 600S look grille it shows for a 93'.

- Do you have an e-mail address?
- Have you ever purchased thru them and what was your experience?
- How long did it take?
- Do you know if this grille is a direct fit for a w-124 94'?

The home starts out in German. There's a little English flag that move to the catalog section and that's it. Benn back & forth and up & down and its not their.

I ened up buying the grille from Bekkers Imports, bekkers.com
The grille fit perfectly and I'm very pleased with the new look. I would recommend making this upgrade. I also changed out the turn signal lenses to clear type and pleased with this as well.

Ebay has a few for sale for all 124's, up to '95. I might consider this upgrade.

I just looked at the e-bay site. I'm a little concerened with the picture of just the grille shown as if it's just the horz. insert being sold.
Make sure it the whole grille which is the outside chrome trim, the chrome horz. slats and the plastic back grill.

There was a post from a guy who bought a grille like this thru e-bay and didn't work out right. Make sure it's the right year for your car and is a direct replacement complete.

I don't think there returning it thru e-bay so make sure you get what you want.

I was that guy who bought it from Ebay. If there is a COMPLETE kit with a chrome surround, I would definately recommend that over the simple insert.

Does bekker.com sell the complete assembly or just the insert? If it is the complete assembly, what's the going price.

Bekker sells the whole grille assembly compete as one piece with chrome surround, slats, back etc. Simple to install, fit like a glove.

The price was somewhere between $225 & $272.00 I can't find the reciept right this minute. Some may think it a little pricy but my chome surround needed replacement because the chrome was wearing off in some areas and needed to be replaced.
The up grade to this grille was well worth it.
