Blower Knock - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

Have 99 C280 and when the AC/Heater blower is running there is a faint knocking/clicking noise. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

Thanks Joe, however, checked for leaves, not the problem. The knock is a an intermittent kind of tapping noise.

Ok, look at the cage and see if it's coming apart, and look into the opening for it and see if a pine needle is hanging out getting clipped by the cage.
