okay, i did not think about this, i tried putting it on park(P), then rev the engine. it acted wierd on 4000 rpm. needle goes up and down within the 4000rpm range. transmission is not engage right? and rpm should go pass 4000 to at least 6000 rpm? but it won't. so could this be related to rev limitter? please anyone give me an advise.
