This is really funny!! My headrest won't come down at all when you hit the switch and I am looking for someone on this site to tell me how to get it down. Now you say that yours won't stay up at all! Its possibly the clip at the base which should hold it upright when you raise it up. The vacuum releases this clip when you hit the switch and this will release the thing so it will fall down. Anyone one out there who can help both of us to solve our mystery problems???
